1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Vision Algo ("Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. Vision Algo provides software tools for algorithmic crypto trading on CoinSwitch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade crypto derivatives and spot products in India. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, exchange rules, and tax obligations.
3. Account & Security
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@Vision Algo.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
API keys connected to third-party exchanges remain subject to those exchanges' terms. Vision Algo stores API credentials in encrypted form and does not request withdrawal permissions.
4. Trading & Strategies
Vision Algo enables backtesting, strategy deployment, and monitoring tools. We do not guarantee profits. Algorithmic strategies can incur losses, including total loss of capital. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future results.
You retain ownership of strategies you create. By publishing strategies to the marketplace, you grant Vision Algo a license to display and distribute them to other users per your chosen visibility settings.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly in INR unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of live strategy deployment.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Vision Algo to:
- Violate exchange rules or applicable regulations
- Manipulate markets or engage in wash trading
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload Platform infrastructure
- Share accounts or resell access without authorization
7. Limitation of Liability
Vision Algo is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, exchange downtime, API failures, or indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose security or legal risk. Upon termination, live strategies will be stopped and data retained per our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes & Contact
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.
